Virtual support
Why consider virtual support?
I offer virtual support as a Doula, and also for stand alone online sessions.
In my experience of working with freebirthing families, many of them want to have contact with someone during those times of wobbles, but may not want anyone else to be there for the actual birth!
Having someone available on the other end of the phone (or message/video call) can provide so much reassurance.
It's also a great option in case dates are a little tight with another family. I don't currently offer shared doula care (with a backup doula).
Women also book in for stand alone online calls with me, for birth prep or Reflections Sessions. These can be with or without their partner. It can be a chance to ask some questions or discuss any challenges you may be experiencing.
Doula support (virtual)
The package:
- Antenatal course incl. 8x 1.5hrs antenatal sessions, via zoom, plus course materials
- Email support during office hours
- On call for your birth from 37wks, including 24/7 Whatsapp support
- Virtual birth support
- 1x 2hr Birth Reflections (debrief) session
- Whatsapp support for 6wks after birth
- Mama meal package (via post)
- (Additional add-ons available, by prior arrangement)

A chance to explore experiences, usually around birth and parenthood, in a safe, loving and empathetic space.
Birth prep sessions
Stand alone sessions, primarily for those preparing for freebirth and homebirth. Bring your questions, and we can chat.
